Before You Begin
Prepare your manuscript in English and choose the appropriate article category.

Title Page
Supply a separate title page with author names, affiliations, ORCID identifiers and corresponding-author details. Keep the manuscript blinded.
Declarations
Include funding, interests, contributions, ethics and consent statements, and AI disclosure.
Files and Reporting
This portal accepts PDF and DOCX: one blinded manuscript and up to four supporting files. Limits are 20 MB per file and 30 MB total. Put figure files in a supporting document for this workflow. Attach the relevant reporting checklist.
Manuscript Preparation
Use double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman, consecutive pages and continuous line numbers. Prepare a structured abstract of 150–300 words and three to six MeSH keywords.
Organize original research into Introduction, Materials/Patients and Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion. Number references in citation order using the journal’s biomedical style. Supply a separate title page, tables and figure legends.
Describe statistical methods and software and report estimates with appropriate uncertainty.
Submission Checklist
- All authors approve submission.
- The manuscript is blinded.
- Title page and disclosures are complete.
- Ethics and consent are addressed.
- Reporting checklist is attached.
- References and figures are checked.
Track and Revise
Follow decisions and revision requests in your Author Portal. Upload the revised manuscript and a response letter when requested. Publication links appear once an accepted manuscript is published.
